“I recently bought a new condo, and I was quickly in a need to purchase my window coverings, as I new it would show better with the window coverings installed, as I was going to rent the condo. I was referred to Ottawa Shutter Center by a recent acquaintance. I called and left my name and phone number, and a brief message. The next day my call was returned with a appointment scheduled that same week. They came out to the condo with full colour selection swatches and different type of hardware which is available in the roller blinds that I was interested in. They were very helpful with helping me with the colours that would look well with the colours in the condo. Colours selected, a three week turn around to order including installation, Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…………..This is even with Christmas holidays to deal with. Well three weeks later the installers came in and installed the blinds………..What a wonderful experience from start to end………..Very professional.”
